Your willingness to serve helps create a welcoming environment where guests feel seen, valued, and encouraged. A shared meal may seem small, but it can be a powerful step toward hope and restoration.

  • Location: 546 S Cherry Road, Rock Hill, SC

  • Preferred Drop-Off Time: 5:30 PM

Drop-Off Instructions:

  • Enter through Gate B

  • Call Security at (803) 949-0976 for access

  • Once inside, turn right into the parking lot

  • Park near The Haven’s entrance

  • Ring the buzzer and a team member will assist you

Meal Details:

  • Number of People to Serve: 30 Adults

  • Meal Type: Simple, hearty, and easy to serve

Who is eligible to stay at The Haven?

To be eligible, individuals must: Be male and 18 years or older Be able to work full-time Pass a drug screening Undergo a Level 1 background check and sex offender registry check Demonstrate a genuine desire to overcome homelessness and live a sober, productive life Each applicant will complete a form and may be invited for an interview to assess motivation and readiness.

What does it mean that you’re a “high-barrier” shelter?

We’re committed to long-term change, not short-term fixes. That’s why we only accept men who are truly motivated to leave homelessness behind. Residents are expected to: Maintain sobriety Follow house rules Participate in services Take responsibility for their progress This structure creates accountability and drives successful outcomes.

How can I volunteer with The Haven?

We welcome volunteers!
